1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PropTraderReviews (the "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), creating an account, submitting content, or otherwise interacting with any feature of the Platform, you ("User," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any modification of these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

PropTraderReviews is an independent, community-driven review platform that aggregates and publishes user-submitted reviews, ratings, and comparative information about proprietary trading firms ("Prop Firms"). The Platform enables registered users to share their personal trading experiences and helps prospective traders make more informed decisions.

PropTraderReviews is not:

• A financial adviser, broker, dealer, investment adviser, or financial planner
• Affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any Prop Firm listed on the Platform
• The author, creator, or originator of any review, rating, or score displayed on the Platform
• Responsible for the accuracy, truthfulness, completeness, or legality of any user-submitted review or rating
• Responsible for the accuracy of information provided by listed Prop Firms
• A guarantor of the financial performance or legitimacy of any Prop Firm

Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All content is published for informational and editorial purposes only.

3. Eligibility

To use the Platform you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the Platform under applicable law
• Not have had a prior account terminated by us for a breach of these Terms

By creating an account you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements above.

4. Account Registration & Security

You must create an account to submit reviews or access certain features. When registering you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password confidential and not share it with any third party
• Register only one account per person - duplicate accounts may be removed
• Notify us immediately via our Contact page if you suspect unauthorised access to your account

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to disable any account at any time if, in our reasonable judgment, you have violated any provision of these Terms.

5. User-Generated Content & Reviews

PropTraderReviews does not write, create, or author any review, rating, or score published on the Platform. All reviews and scores displayed are submitted exclusively by independent third-party users based on their own personal experiences. Ratings and aggregate scores shown for any Prop Firm are calculated solely from user submissions and do not represent any editorial opinion or assessment by PropTraderReviews. We are not responsible for the accuracy, truthfulness, completeness, or legality of any user-submitted content, and publishing a review does not mean we have verified or endorsed its contents.

5.1 Authenticity Requirement

Reviews submitted to the Platform must be based solely on your own genuine, first-hand experience with the Prop Firm being reviewed. You must have directly purchased, trialled, or used the services of the Prop Firm you are reviewing. You may not submit a review in exchange for payment, incentive, discount, or any other form of compensation from the reviewed Prop Firm or any third party.

5.2 Prohibited Review Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and content removal:

• Submitting false, misleading, or fabricated reviews
• Submitting reviews on behalf of a Prop Firm about its own services or competitors ("astroturfing")
• Submitting reviews as a current or former employee, owner, officer, investor, or contractor of the reviewed Prop Firm without prominent disclosure
• Coordinating with others to artificially inflate or deflate ratings ("review bombing")
• Submitting multiple reviews for the same Prop Firm from the same or related accounts
• Including personal information of third parties (names, contact details, account numbers) without their consent
• Using reviews to harass, threaten, or target individuals employed by a Prop Firm

5.3 Content Standards

All submitted content must:

• Be accurate and not misleading as to any material fact
• Clearly distinguish personal opinion from objective fact
• Be respectful and free from hate speech, discriminatory language, or personal attacks
• Not contain defamatory statements - criticism must be truthful or constitute honest opinion
• Not include promotional material, spam, or links to external sites
• Not infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of any person
• Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction

5.4 Content Licence

By submitting content to the Platform, you grant PropTraderReviews a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in any media, for the purposes of operating, improving, and promoting the Platform. You retain ownership of your content and are solely responsible for it.

5.5 Moderation & Removal

We reserve the right - but not the obligation - to review, approve, reject, edit, or remove any content at our sole discretion and without prior notice. Moderation decisions are final. A review being published does not constitute our endorsement of its contents.

6. Affiliate & Commercial Relationships

PropTraderReviews may receive referral fees, affiliate commissions, or other compensation when users click links to Prop Firm websites or purchase Prop Firm products through the Platform. Such commercial relationships do not influence the editorial rating or ranking of any Prop Firm. Affiliated firms are listed on the same terms as non-affiliated firms and are subject to the same user review process.

Discount codes and promotional offers displayed on the Platform are provided by Prop Firms and are subject to their own terms and conditions. We make no warranty as to the ongoing availability or validity of such offers.

7. Prohibited Conduct

In addition to the review-specific prohibitions in Section 5, you agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, or connected systems
• Scrape, crawl, index, or otherwise harvest data from the Platform without our prior written consent
• Introduce malicious code, viruses, or any software designed to disrupt or damage the Platform
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Interfere with or circumvent any security, rate-limiting, or access control feature of the Platform
• Use automated tools to submit content, create accounts, or interact with the Platform
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Platform's content without authorisation

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform that is not user-generated - including but not limited to the PropTraderReviews name and logo, website design, software, database, editorial content, ratings methodology, and comparative data - is owned by or licensed to PropTraderReviews and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, reproduce, or distribute any such content without our express prior written consent.

Prop Firm names, logos, and trademarks displayed on the Platform remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Such use does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

9. Third-Party Links & Services

The Platform contains links to third-party websites, including the websites of Prop Firms. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse, control, or assume any responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site. You access third-party sites at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of those sites.

10. No Financial Advice - Important Disclaimer

Proprietary trading involves substantial risk of financial loss. Reviews, ratings, and information on this Platform reflect the personal experiences and opinions of individual users and are not a substitute for professional financial advice. Past performance of any trading firm or strategy is not indicative of future results.

You should conduct your own due diligence before engaging with any Prop Firm or committing any capital. PropTraderReviews expressly disclaims any liability for financial decisions made in reliance on content published on the Platform.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PropTraderReviews disclaims all warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any information on the Platform is accurate, current, or complete.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PropTraderReviews and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages - including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or financial losses - arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars (US$100).

Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PropTraderReviews and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) any content you submit, including any review, rating, or comment; (c) any claim by a Prop Firm or third party that your submitted content is false, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful; (d) your violation of these Terms; or (e) your violation of any third-party rights. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the content you submit and that PropTraderReviews bears no liability for claims arising from that content.

14. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time and without notice if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, harmed other users, or acted in a manner inconsistent with the integrity of the Platform.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Following account closure, we may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes as described in our Privacy Policy. Content you have submitted may remain on the Platform after account closure.

15. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information. By using the Platform you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

16. Modifications to the Platform & Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without liability to you. We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

17. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration or, where arbitration is not permitted, to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration in connection with any such dispute.

18. Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PropTraderReviews with respect to the Platform and supersede all prior agreements.
• Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
• No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
• Assignment. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.
