Futures Elite Review: Rules, Accounts, Payouts, Discounts & Trader Details

Futures Elite (FuturesElite) is a newer futures prop firm that leans into flexibility: four account families, an EOD trailing drawdown on most of them, a 90% profit split, and a heavily marketed one-hour payout promise. Its headline draw is the Elite account — no consistency rule once funded, no profit buffer, and instant upgrades the moment you pass. Alongside it sit Prime (a stricter evaluation on intraday drawdown), Instant (skip the evaluation entirely), and a fully Custom builder where you dial in your own split, drawdown, and payout terms. Accounts run on Tradovate and NinjaTrader through a ProjectX-style backend.

Futures Prop Firm EOD & Intraday Drawdown Evaluation, Instant & Custom 90% Profit Split Tradovate / NinjaTrader / Quantower

Quick verdict: Futures Elite suits traders who want fast payouts, flexible account choices, and (on the Elite account) a funded phase with no consistency rule or buffer. The things to understand before buying are which family fits you, that evaluations bill as a monthly subscription, the difference between EOD and intraday drawdown across families, the per-payout caps, the five-profitable-day requirement, the $50K cumulative sim cap per account, and that this is a young firm still building its track record.

How We Reviewed Futures Elite

This review is built from Futures Elite's own homepage and FAQ — the account pages for Evaluation, Instant, and Custom, plus the help-center articles on EOD and intraday drawdown, consistency, payouts for each family, loss limits, reset fees, refunds, news trading, and the instrument and commission list. Pricing, drawdown, payout, fee, and discount details were last checked on July 9, 2026.

Futures Elite runs four account families with meaningfully different rules — especially the drawdown type and consistency treatment — so we keep them separate. Note that live checkout prices load dynamically and the firm runs frequent promotions, so where a figure isn't fixed on the page we describe it as advertised and tell you to confirm at checkout.

Futures Elite Account Types

There are four ways to get funded, all leading to a simulated funded account and, for consistent traders, a live-capital account.

Elite (1-Step) is the flagship evaluation: a 6% target on an EOD trailing drawdown, a 50% consistency rule during the evaluation that is removed once funded, no buffer, and a 90% split. Prime (1-Step) is the stricter, cheaper-feeling sibling — it uses an intraday trailing drawdown and keeps a 40% consistency rule in the funded phase. Instant skips the evaluation for a one-time fee and funds you immediately, with a consistency rule that starts at 20% and scales toward 30%. Custom is a configurator: you choose your split (65/80/95%), drawdown type and size, days between payouts, news on/off, and scaling — the only place to unlock the 95% split.

Futures Elite Account Comparison

All families share the same account sizes and a 6% evaluation target where one applies. Prices below are advertised retail figures; Futures Elite runs frequent promos and dynamic checkout pricing, so verify the live price at checkout.

Family Path Drawdown Consistency (Eval / Funded) Profit Split Activation Fee Advertised Price (50K → 150K)
Elite 1-Step evaluation EOD trailing 50% / none 90% None $129 / $229 / $329 (monthly)
Prime 1-Step evaluation Intraday trailing None / 40% 80% (95% via Custom) None ~$129 / $189 / $279 (monthly)
Instant Instant funding EOD trailing — / 20% scaling to 30% 80% (95% via Custom Instant) None $349 / $469 / $569 (one-time; 25K ~$239)
Custom Evaluation or Instant, configurable Your choice 50% eval / none (Custom eval) 65 / 80 / 95% None Built at checkout — varies by settings

Per-size targets, drawdown, and contract limits (Elite/Prime evaluation shown; Instant uses the same sizes with its own contract ladder):

Account Size Profit Target (6%) Max Trailing Drawdown Max Contracts (minis / micros) Min. Profitable Days for Payout
$25,000 (Instant) N/A (instant) ~$1,500 EOD 2 / 20 7 (first payout)
$50,000 $3,000 $2,000 (Elite EOD) / $1,800 (Instant) 3–4 / 30–40 5
$100,000 $6,000 $3,000 8 / 80 5
$150,000 $9,000 $4,500 12 / 120 5

Futures Elite Cost to First Payout

The headline fee is only the start. Elite and Prime bill as monthly subscriptions, so a slow pass can mean another month. Instant costs far more up front but skips the evaluation. Either way, before your first payout you need five profitable trading days (seven on Instant), each meeting a minimum PnL, and your first payout is capped. There is no activation fee on any family, and there is no profit buffer on Elite.

Account Entry Price Activation / Data Fees Min. Profitable Days Min. PnL / Day Min. Payout 1st Payout Cap Practical Takeaway
$50K Elite ~$129 / month No activation fee; data included 5 $150 $500 $2,000 No funded consistency rule or buffer — the cleanest funded ruleset in the lineup.
$100K Elite ~$229 / month No activation fee; data included 5 $250 $500 $2,500 Bigger cap, but you'll need several strong days to hit the min-PnL requirement five times.
$150K Elite ~$329 / month No activation fee; data included 5 $350 $500 $3,000 Largest cap; the caps are flat per payout, so scaling means running multiple accounts.
$50K Instant ~$349 one-time No activation fee; data included 7 (first payout) $150 $500 $1,500–$2,000 Skip the eval, but the 20% consistency rule and 7-day first-payout gate apply.

Futures Elite Rules Explained

EOD vs. Intraday Trailing Drawdown

Elite, Instant, and Custom (by default) use an end-of-day trailing drawdown: the limit only recalculates on your closing balance, so intraday dips don't count and the floor never moves down. Once you clear the drawdown amount in profit (or after your first payout), it locks at your starting balance — for example, a $50K Elite locks its floor at $50,000 once the balance closes around $52,300. Prime uses an intraday trailing drawdown, which follows your peak in real time and is less forgiving of open-trade swings. If your end-of-day balance falls below the locked EOD level, positions are liquidated and the phase ends.

Daily Loss Limit

The standard evaluations don't advertise a fixed daily loss limit — the trailing drawdown is the main control. Where a daily drawdown applies (notably on funded/live and some instant setups), hitting it locks trading for that session and may close positions, rather than failing the account outright.

Consistency Rule

This is where the families differ most. Elite and Custom evaluations apply a 50% rule during the evaluation, then remove it entirely once funded. Prime has no evaluation consistency rule but applies 40% in the funded phase. Instant starts at 20% and scales up to 30% with successful payouts (the 25K Instant stays fixed at 20%). In every case the rule blocks a withdrawal until your best day is back within the limit — it doesn't breach the account.

Max Contracts & Scaling

Contract caps are fixed per size (for example, 3 on a 50K, 8 on a 100K, 12 on a 150K), and on evaluation accounts they open up progressively through a scaling plan as you build profit. Instant funded accounts have their own caps (2/4/8/12 on 25K/50K/100K/150K) and no scaling plan.

News, Scalping & Hedging

News trading rules apply in the funded phase: around Tier 1 events (FOMC, CPI, employment reports, plus EIA for energy and key agricultural reports), you must be flat about two minutes before the release and can't reopen until roughly four minutes after. Straddle/strangle and disguised news trades are prohibited. Scalping is allowed, but it can't dominate a payout — if more than 50% of a requested payout comes from scalp trades, the funded account is reset. Hedging and account rolling are not allowed.

Futures Elite Consistency Rule Example

Because the Elite funded account has no consistency rule, the clearest example is a Prime funded account, which uses 40%. Say your total profit is $10,000 when you go to withdraw, but your single best day made $4,500 — that's 45% of the total, over the 40% line, so the payout is blocked. You'd keep trading until additional profit brings that $4,500 day under 40% of the new total (here, total profit would need to exceed roughly $11,250). On an Instant account the rule is tighter at 20% to start, so the same $4,500 day would require total profit above $22,500 before you could withdraw. The lesson: on Prime and Instant, spread gains across several days; on Elite, this constraint simply disappears once you're funded.

Futures Elite Rule Traps to Watch

Where Traders Slip

  • Elite and Prime bill monthly — resetting doesn't pause the cycle, so you can pay a reset and a renewal close together.
  • Prime uses intraday drawdown, not EOD — an open-trade swing can breach it even if you close green.
  • Payouts are capped per request and caps are flat, so a big day doesn't all come out at once.
  • Let scalp trades exceed 50% of a requested payout and the funded account is reset.

Before You Buy

  • Match the family to your style: Elite for the cleanest funded rules, Prime if the cheaper eval suits you, Instant to skip the challenge.
  • Remember the $50K cumulative sim cap per account — plan to scale via multiple accounts or the live path.
  • Complete KYC early; you can't withdraw without it.
  • All sales are final once login details are issued — request a refund before trading if you bought the wrong plan.

Payout Rules

Elite funded accounts pay a 90% split with no profit goal, no consistency rule, and no buffer. To withdraw you need five profitable trading days in the cycle (each above the account's minimum PnL), at least $1 of net profit in the cycle, and completed KYC. On accounts bought from 25 June 2026 onward, you can request 50% of the total profit remaining on the account (up to the cap); older accounts are limited to 50% of the current cycle's profit. Prime and Instant add their consistency rules and (on Prime) a profit goal, and Prime funded cycles carry a 10-day minimum between payouts.

After 5 successful payouts on an Elite funded account, you graduate to a live-capital account at FuturesElite Live. Payouts run through RISE (Riseworks) with no minimum, or crypto with a $500 minimum. Note that simulated funded accounts cap cumulative payouts at $50,000 per account; strong, consistent traders may be moved to a live account before hitting that ceiling.

Account Size (Elite) Min. Profitable Days Min. PnL / Day Min. Payout Max Payout / Request Split
$50K 5 $150 $500 $2,000 90%
$100K 5 $250 $500 $2,500 90%
$150K 5 $350 $500 $3,000 90%

Platforms & Data

Futures Elite runs on Tradovate and NinjaTrader, with support for Quantower, ATAS, and the firm's own Volumetrica, DeepDOM, and DeepCharts order-flow tools. Data is included with the account — there's no separate data fee to trade a challenge — and standard exchange and regulatory fees plus commissions apply per contract (micros around $1.60 round-turn and standard contracts around $5.00 round-turn on the DX feed, plus CME exchange fees).

Supported Platforms

  • Tradovate
  • NinjaTrader
  • Quantower
  • ATAS, Volumetrica, DeepDOM, DeepCharts

Data & Notes

  • Market data is included in the account fee.
  • Commissions and CME exchange/regulatory fees apply per round-turn.
  • Tradable products span CME equity index, energy, metals, agricultural, FX, and interest-rate futures, plus micros.

Fees, Resets & Refund Policy

Elite and Prime evaluations are monthly subscriptions; Instant accounts are one-time purchases. There is no activation fee on any family, and data is included. Failed or breached evaluations can be reset from the dashboard at fixed prices by size and tier — for example, $69 (50K Elite), $129 (100K Elite), and $219 (150K Elite), with Prime slightly lower. You can also reset a funded account up to twice, but that is expensive ($449–$1,199 depending on size and tier). Importantly, resetting doesn't change your billing date, so a reset plus an upcoming renewal can hit close together.

The refund policy is strict: because login details are delivered instantly, all sales are final once credentials are issued. The one narrow exception is if you contact support early and haven't placed any trades, in which case the firm may consider it at its discretion. You can cancel a subscription from the dashboard to stop future billing.

Fee Type Futures Elite Policy / Details
Evaluation Fee Monthly subscription on Elite and Prime; cancel to stop billing
Instant Fee One-time purchase (25K–150K)
Activation Fee None on any family
Reset Fee Evaluation: ~$59–$219 by size/tier. Funded: $399–$1,199, up to twice per account
Data / Platform Fees Data included; per-contract commissions and CME exchange fees apply
Refunds All sales final once login details are issued; narrow no-trades exception at the firm's discretion

Futures Elite FAQ

Is Futures Elite a futures prop firm?

Yes. Futures Elite funds futures traders on simulated accounts across four families — Elite, Prime, Instant, and Custom — trading CME products on Tradovate and NinjaTrader, with a live-capital path for consistent traders.

What are the account types and sizes?

Elite and Prime are 1-step evaluations; Instant is direct funding; Custom is a configurator. Sizes are $50K, $100K, and $150K across the board, with a $25K option on Instant.

How much does Futures Elite cost?

Elite and Prime evaluations are monthly subscriptions (Elite around $129/$229/$329 for 50K/100K/150K); Instant accounts are one-time from roughly $239 (25K) to $569 (150K). There's no activation fee. Prices load dynamically and promos rotate, so confirm at checkout.

What is the drawdown and is there a consistency rule?

Elite, Instant, and Custom use EOD trailing drawdown; Prime uses intraday trailing. Consistency is 50% on the Elite/Custom evaluation and removed once funded, 40% on Prime funded, and 20% scaling to 30% on Instant.

How do payouts work?

Elite pays a 90% split with no buffer or funded consistency rule: five profitable days, $1+ cycle profit, and KYC. You can request up to 50% of the profit on the account (or the cycle, on older accounts), capped at $2,000/$2,500/$3,000 by size. Payouts go out via RISE (no minimum) or crypto ($500 minimum).

Is there an activation or reset fee?

There's no activation fee on any account. Evaluation resets run about $59–$219 by size and tier; funded resets are far higher ($399–$1,199) and allowed up to twice per account.

Does Futures Elite allow news trading?

Yes, with limits in the funded phase: around Tier 1 events you must be flat roughly two minutes before and can't reopen until about four minutes after, and straddle/strangle news plays are prohibited. Scalping is allowed but can't make up more than 50% of a payout.

What platforms and payout methods are supported?

Tradovate and NinjaTrader, plus Quantower, ATAS, and the firm's Volumetrica/DeepDOM/DeepCharts tools. Payouts are processed through RISE (Riseworks) or crypto.

Recent Updates

  • July 9, 2026: Built the review for Futures Elite, covering the Elite, Prime, Instant, and Custom families, account sizes and 6% targets, EOD vs. intraday drawdown, the consistency-rule matrix, funded payout mechanics and caps, the five-profitable-day requirement, the $50K cumulative sim cap, no activation fees, evaluation and funded reset pricing, the no-refunds policy, RISE/crypto payouts, Tradovate/NinjaTrader platforms, and current promo guidance.

Final Verdict

Futures Elite makes a strong pitch to active futures traders: an Elite funded account with no consistency rule and no buffer, EOD trailing drawdown, a 90% split, no activation fees, fast payouts, and enough account variety — Prime, Instant, and a true Custom builder — that most traders can find a fit. The included order-flow tools and Tradovate/NinjaTrader support round it out nicely.

The trade-offs are the ones you'd expect from a 2024 startup: a shorter track record, monthly subscription billing on the evaluations, Prime's less forgiving intraday drawdown, flat per-payout caps with a $50K cumulative sim ceiling, and a firm no-refunds stance. For traders who want fast payouts and a clean funded ruleset, Futures Elite earns a spot on the shortlist — and it's worth comparing directly against Apex, Funded Futures Network, and Hola Prime before you commit.
