Funded Futures Network currently uses three main selection choices: account type, account style, and account size. Traders choose between Standard or Express, then choose either OG or MAX, then select a size from $25K to $250K.
OG accounts follow the original path: evaluation, Exhibition, then funded. MAX accounts skip the Exhibition stage and go directly to funded after passing. Standard accounts are designed for traders who prefer a more measured path, while Express accounts are built for traders who want faster qualification requirements.

Funded Futures Network Rules Explained
EOD Drawdown
Funded Futures Network uses different drawdown types depending on the account. Standard MAX accounts use EOD drawdown, OG accounts use realized trailing drawdown in evaluation and move to static +$100 after the buffer is built, and Express MAX funded accounts use unrealized trailing drawdown until the buffer is built before switching to static.
Daily Loss Limit
Most FFN account types do not list a daily loss limit. Standard MAX is the main exception: it uses a soft daily loss limit in both evaluation and funded accounts. Hitting the Standard MAX daily loss limit locks the trader out for the rest of the trading session and automatically flattens open positions, but it does not fail the account by itself.
Consistency Rule
Consistency depends on the account type. Standard OG and Standard MAX use a 40% consistency rule, Express OG uses 25% during evaluation, and Express MAX uses 50% during evaluation and 25% in the funded stage. In Sim-Funded Pro, consistency applies before payout eligibility. Live-Funded Pro accounts have no consistency rule.
Max Contracts
Evaluation and Exhibition contract limits are 3 minis / 30 micros on $25K, 4 minis / 40 micros on $50K, 10 minis / 100 micros on $100K, 15 minis / 150 micros on $150K, and 20 minis / 200 micros on $250K. Funded accounts use a progressive scaling plan, and traders must request approval from their risk manager before increasing contract size.
News Trading
News trading is allowed during evaluation. In Exhibition and funded accounts, Tier 1 news events cannot be traded. Traders must be flat at least one minute before the event, remain flat during the release, and may reopen one minute after the event starts. Tier 1 events include FOMC, FOMC Minutes, NFP, CPI, EIA for energy traders, and agricultural reports for agricultural traders.
Payout Rules
Funded Futures Network offers same-day payout requests once the trader is eligible. Sim-Funded Pro accounts use an 80/20 profit split, while Live-Funded Pro accounts use a 90/10 split. The minimum withdrawal is $500, and payout methods include ACH by default, PayPal, and bank wire.
Sim-Funded Pro payouts are capped by account size and payout count. For payouts 1 through 3, the caps are $1,000 on $25K, $1,500 on $50K, $2,000 on $100K, $2,500 on $150K, and $3,000 on $250K. For payouts 4 and later, the caps increase to $1,200, $2,000, $2,500, $3,000, and $3,500. FFN also applies a $10,000 per-user cap per payout event across all accounts.
Live-Funded Pro accounts have no payout cap and no consistency rule. Traders can request a risk manager discussion about moving to live after accumulating $5,000 or more in payouts from an account, but the risk manager has final authority over if and when a trader moves from Sim-Funded Pro to Live-Funded Pro.

The main things to understand before buying are the consistency rules, Exhibition stage for OG accounts, $120 activation fee, funded data fee, payout caps, and news trading restrictions in funded stages. For traders who can manage those rules and want a futures-only prop firm with multiple account paths, Funded Futures Network is a serious option.
